I have tryed to remove the last lines of the code, but with no success =(

Another problem that i noticed in the forum, its that now, the topics are not fiting in the screen: http://img33.imageshack.us/img33/5829/postingw.jpg

What is the file that i should edit to make the topics go to the top of the page, and be sized in a way that both left and right bar could be seen fitting the 1024x760 screen ?
