RSS Feed Empty

Hi,

my RSS Feed is always empty. I fill all field in ACP-> news Konfiguration -> RSS News Feed.

When I click on the RSS Image in the adress field of firefox and at the feed its always empty.

How can I enable Forum RSS? I think the problem is that I added the News RSS and I have no news blocks on my page, so I need Forum RSS
