Post "No Posts" For Guests!

I have IP 1.0.11.11 RC installed.

I set the permission of a forum to be viewed by all but read by "reg". so now in the forum index page..it says No posts instead of the latest topic! How can i get the latest topic there to forums which can only be read by "reg" members?

What is the sense of this thing? Setting a forum visible by all but readble by reg, all visitors can see the the title of forum, but not the messages... so it's normal that the last messages is hidden on forum.php page. If you want to show the topics you have to make the forum readble by ALL.

Ok, I understood... but sorry I don't know how to help you. You have to change some function directly in the code... I think you have to wait for someone else... sorry I am not able to code

OK....if i set view to "all" and read to "reg" it shows "no posts" in the last topic column for guests.

Now...i want it to say "hidden" instead of no posts.

but it should say no posts if there are no posts in the forum and hidden if the user is a guest and there are posts in the forum.

anyone can help me please??
