Modify The Viewforum.tpl

Subject: Modify The Viewforum.tpl
Hey there,

does anyone know how i can show the "icon description" and the "auth list" closed by default in the viewforum.tpl footer?

i have tried some things but doesnt work for me...

maybe someone can help me with this.
