Hi Tiziano,
I think you can do that using a simple text editor...
1) Make a backup of your DB;
2) Open "mydbbackup.sql" and use "Search & Replace" editor's function to replace all link www.mydomine.it to www.mydomine.com (in posts tables I suppose);
3) Restore DB and check if all works fine!
