I only would like to know a simple thing:

In the portal, the Welcome block, has a localized text. It tells: Welcome to Icy Phoenix

Is there any place to edit it with the CMS, or I need to go to the language files and make there my own version?

To change the welcome message you must open the file:

lang_main_setting.php

root: .. / includes / lang_main_setting.php

Otherwise, you can remove the block Welcome from the CMS and insert the Welcome block HTML that is generated during installation.
