If I try to add a "Recent Topic Wide" block on a page (i.e.: 2 columns) and then go to Homepage I get a DB error, but if I return in CMS section and "edit" that block (doing nothing, simply submitting it), all works fine.

I've done this test three times, on three different IP installation...

It is related to the CACHE...

When you add a new block you get a page which is stating something like that:

Click here to return to BLOCKS config

Then... you HAVE TO CLICK THERE... because only after having clicked the CACHE IS BEING EMPTIED and regenerated... if you do in this way you won't get that error...

Entering again the CMS will empty the cache, that's because you're not having that error anymore.

I'll try to find a way to fix this... or write a more appropriate message when a block has been added.
