How To Make Shoutbox Invisible For Some Users?

Subject: How To Make Shoutbox Invisible For Some Users?
Hello, please tell me how to make shoutbox, the one that is on forum page, invisible for some users, who have less than some quantity of posts, for example, or who does not have membership in some forum groups, any of this two variants will be ok. Or may be there are some changes in templates I would have to make, like
Code: [Download] [Hide] [Select]
<if user is logged in> <endif>
:?

Hm, I don't use shoutbook, but I am quite sure you can create a block [shoutbox] in CMS
and there you can give the permission to a special usergroup ;-)

I should create the group first  , but when we moved to ip from phpbb3 I deleted all groups, because all ranks from phpbb3 became groups in ip, so now I have only active users and bots...

Also when I am in ACP it is written : Updates are available for your version of Icy Phoenix, please visit Icy Phoenix to obtain the latest version. I checked my version, it is probably the latest  or I am wrong? Powered by Icy Phoenix 1.3.0.53 - latest version?

Steffen's method works with applying permissions to different user groups.

:)
