Post Show / Hide Menus

I'm using the last version of phpBB xs2 0.48a or 0.49a (I don't remember by now)

I'd like a similar function for hiding / showing forums or categories like the quick nav links menu. I'm having  serius problems of connectivity, me and the other two admin of my site, and we would like a function that doesn't show everything always like now. I don't need special authorization, could be useful to all my members, and of course there are allready set in categories / forums with authorization levels.
The most serius problem we have it now, that  we can see everything. The page of index is far away from called an A4...it could be an A1

In fact, we were looking for somethig simple...like a - / + link ti press on Categorie / forum title, and show / hide all categorie like a dropdown menu. It doesn't have to be in javascript code if not necessary.

I've seen something that could do just fine for me on this  Link. But it isn't phpBB XS based thow..

I hope you can help me, Thanks a lot

I'm  sorry for my poor or wrong English...I'm studing in Italy for years, and i forgot a lot

Thanks for the suggestion.

When I have some free time I'll try to integrate a similar feature.
