I installed beta 2 and then I put the old backup, but when I go to my site I have this error

Template->make_filename(): Error - template file not found: overall_header.tpl

    
any ideas?

your not trying to run beta 2 on as a live site aren´t you.

beta is not finalversion. to run that version live wait for final release.
trying to run beta versions live normaly encounters a lot of problems  MG is trying to fix right now, so he can finaly release the final version without any bug´s

spy is right ., also you sad that u puted old backup and there is thing that teplates for 27c are not compatible with new betaversion
