I would like to know how to do these things I tried to find the way but I couldnt, so I hope someone can help me here

Try using Search next time because you'll find most, if not all, your questions have been answered before.   Also, one question per thread.  This makes it easier for other users to find the answers to their questions when using Search and it also keeps the moderators off your back, LOL.

So, try editing your topic to one specific problem.  I'll answer your first question here.

1)  Edit nav_header.tpl (/templates/mg_themes/nav_header.tpl)
