My albums are missing ALL pictures and if you click in link, page comes up blank. I have read through all the forums and made sure the image_with, memory usage, watermark disabled...all this started once I ran the quick_xs_settings.php and I just ran the full feature option..no change

Also, if I try to post, this is the error I get:

"The number of uploaded pictures and thumbnails doesn't match"

That's what it says under GD Info tab. I have a dedicated server from the ISP. Do i need to install a library or something?

or find another hosting [ not from ISP]

I also get this erro when trying to sync pic count:


"User's pics counters not synchronized correctly"

You have to install GD Libraries to use the album correctly.

Regarding your synchronization problem, I think you have something wrong in your db. Can you attach only the schema of your phpbb_users table?

I will to see if GD Libraries is installed correctly. This is a new Dedicated Linux box that we moved to, so I have to check. Also, I have attached my phpbb_users:

Your db seems to be fine...

Try to post here even the album table... only the schema should be enough.

Hi there MG, hoping someone here can help me. (Please keep in mind I'm a complete newbie at this - i'm comfortable inside the admin section of standard phpbb, but sql, changing codes etc i'm a complete dufus at)

I'm having an almost identical problem to the one listed above, except (just to be different) my GD Libraries thingy shows up as all yes's except on Japanese Font Support and on T1lib Support. I am only showing links, not any images. You click on the link, and it takes you to another page with a link. Then you click on that second link to see the image. This is obviously a very convoluted way to see an image, and as the images, only links also show up under the random box, the album box on the front page of the portal and the most viewed images box, I'm presuming I have placed a setting wrong. Can someone guide me here?

Also, 2 other quick questions please?

1. Is it possible to add fields to the description fields for the gallery? Eg, like in Coppermine or Photopost you can have user-specified fields (normally four or five of them) that tell you more about the image and guide the poster to giving information. (i'm sure you have this included but i can't seem to find it)

2. What is OTF Gallery and how do I delete it and the All Pictures gallery? I don't have them on my album categories list and they bug the heck out of me. I've done a search here but can't find what even OTF stands for. All I could come up with was Over the Fop and i'm sure that's not it LOL

It looks to me like there is a conflict with the url rewrite... try disabling this (ACP>>configuration>>XS) and see what happens...

nope unfortunately there is still a category called OTF Gallery. I've deleted the entire directory structure but it's still showing up as a listing in teh gallery. Any other suggestions?

do you want delete it from main page ?
