hello,i have restore the backup of phpmyadmin and the sections they have become 1, where the presentations are only there,but in the home there are the news,what can i do for restore the sections and the topic in the sections?

Looking at your site and the source, you haven't achieved anything with what you have done, only created more problems.  

Did you do an upgrade and follow the upgrade instructions or have you just overwritten some files and left it at that. ?
