Its not so good in this cms I think.

The main links are defined in the file templates/<your theme>/nav_quick_links.tpl.

You can uncomment links that you don't want to show and you can add code in this file. You have to do this for every template.

Another solution is to add a new block with dynamic menu. Here you can add and delete links via CMS-> Dynamic Menu.

The Problem with the dynamic menu is, that the Style and RSS Menu is missing, I don't know why
