Would it be possible for wordgraph to count only words with more than 3 letters? Or configurable through ACP. It's to avoid counting words like "to" "a" "one" "and" "it" "be" "for", and so on...

I think there is not such an option in ACP... but you should have a file called stopwords.php in your root...
