Help To Upgrade From XS To IP

Post Help To Upgrade From XS To IP 
 
Hi
 please can any one describe to me this step in upgrading from XS to IP:

Code: [Download] [Hide] [Select]
10. Move the following folders:
album_mod/upload/*.* ==> files/album/*.*


what files and folders should i move? because i didn't found album folder in Files directory ! do i need to create new folder in files folder ? please i need some explanation to this step

 Dose this step save my album? because IP seems don't contains FAP.

 Sorry for my bad english

Hi

In IP is this the new folder for FAP pics files/album/*.*
and FAB in IP ist in includes/album_mod

so you must move your pics in files/album/

Now im in step #8

8-Upload and launch update_to_ip.php (which is in install folder) to the root of your phpBB XS (i.e. http://www.mysite.com/xs/update_to_ip.php). Please that if update_to_ip.php is not in the root of your phpBB XS, update it won't work correctly.


when i launch update_to_ip.php i got this  (Only admins may run this script!!!)

whats wrong and what should i do now ?

I need your help

copy the update_to_ip.php in the same folder as conifg.php
but you must login as admin and launch

Pepi thanks, Done and every thing Successfuull excepting one INSERT INTO..

INSERT INTO phpbb_config (config_name, config_value) VALUES ('xs_version', '.0.58')
+++ Error: Duplicate entry 'xs_version' for key 1

is that risky or i can continue?

i have this problem too , i just continue to update.


i have this problem after upgrade

Could not open ./templates/ca_aphrodite/ca_aphrodite.cfg

what is this problem ? i can't found that file in icyphoenix on /templates.

thank , i solved the problem

1st upload old ca_aphrodite folder to templates folder , then replace original def_theme , def_tree , def_word
chmod 666 , at last delete cache. Then can go to ACP change new style.

i have a problem that when log in with admin , it keeping log out when i enter ACP , any solution on it ?

Maybe your cookies are setted wrong. Check this topic

Try to auto-config your cookies using autocookies mod
