Post Assigning User Rank Trouble

Hi Everyone

I have been having issues with my ranking system as of late and I think I figured it out but have no clue on how to change it on a global scale throughout the DB.

I have noticed that some of my users have ranks and other that post do not. I have all my ranks set to automatically adjust by post count. This isn't really working reliably for me. But I think I found out why I will try to explain it the best I can.

If I bring up the 'Userlist' in the ACP-Users and pick a user that has posts or doesn't have posts I see this under the 'Special admin-only fields'.

You will see a listing for Rank 1 Title, Rank 2 Title, etc...

In all the instances of ranks not working or people that have yet to post 'Rank 1 Title' is always set to 'No assigned rank' but 'Rank 2 Title' is set to 'Automatic ranking by days'. Now I have never set this as far as I know. If I set 'Rank 1 Title' to 'Automatic ranking by post count' the user gets the rank assigned correctly.

What is the deal and how did this happen and how can I fix it? Is there some DB command I can run to set all the users 'Rank 1 Title' to 'Automatic ranking by post count'? Because this happens to new users with no posts at all and brand new account. Is their a way to change the default settings?

Thanks
