 User Does Not Exist
When a post is replied too, it comes up with, 'user does not exist'. We used to have this problem when a deleted members thread was replied too which was rediculous as any thread they had started then had to be deleted or locked too. Now it's happening all of the time.

User Does Not Exist.
I thought I posted this last night but I can't see it now.
Every time somebody posts, they get this, 'User does not exist.' Any idea why? It's becoming very annoying.
Argh also, I have just noticed. When you reply, even though the reply gets posted, it doesn't show that you are the lsat member to reply and in the 'Replies' column, it isn't marked there either.

I have taken a screenshot and posted it in this thread as I think this is connected somehow.
My username is Crazygal on my forum and even though there have been posts after me, I am showing as the last user who has posted, example, the top two threads.

Well... just tested on my site...
In the old version (I had a 040) when I deleted a user its posts remain as "guest".
Now they are deleted too...
But I do can reply to the topics...
And if I create the same user, posts reappear!!!
EDIT: The topic isn't listed anymore if the deleted user was the one who started the 3d

Well... just tested on my site...

Now they are deleted too...
But I do can reply to the topics...
And if I create the same user, posts reappear!!!
EDIT: The topic isn't listed anymore if the deleted user was the one who started the 3d
The exact same happened to me as I prune members who after a month don't post. Banned members also have been deleted or if a member leaves.
User Does Not Exist is happening now though and we don't have any 'guest' members.

LOL Sorry Tom. I thought it had gone.
Still got the error, in fact so many errors I feel like deleting the whole lot, I'm sick of it!

I'll try to check it... even if I tried in the past and seems to work... maybe it's a problem in the way you are deleting the user.
Are you deleting it from memberlist or using the automatic script? I think that this one is the problem... 
Try manually deleting users and let me know.

Hiya, it's not just happening with deleted users, it happens with every post for every member.
My forum hasn't been loading all day, I don't know what is going on.

Can I give you an advice?
Drop your site... drop your host... and start again from scratch.
I think that all this problems are related to a corrupted DB and a site modified in the wrong way too many times...
No one is having all the problems that you're having.
