ym en el index, donde estan las noticias, no se ven mas, dice que no tengo permiso para ver las noticias

I think you messed up something in page permissions... try to check.

los permisos en el ACP estan OK, aparte yo soy administrador, deberia de poder verlo....

try yo aply the patch for 1.0.9.9 that mighty release

that should fix your error
