Modification name: Userbars
Author: zuker
Modification description: Mod adds the ability to let your users add an UserBar to their profile and/or signature.
They can link-off the userbar or Upload it.
Admin can set a gallery of Userbars and allow users use them.
That userbar will be shown below signature on viewtopic if the user wants.
Modification version: 1.0.0
Tested on phpBB version: See below

Does this Mod work with the latest release of ICY?

Because I noticed some of the files like viewprofile.php are a bit different than the instructions.
