Hi guys, how i can delete this marked with a red circle?

I've been looking all day and I can not remove from .tpl files, in this case of news_block.tpl?

Problem 1.

open templates\default\blocks\news_block.tpl

find in line (around line 69 )

<a href="{INDEX_FILE}?{PORTAL_PAGE_ID}cat_id={articles.CAT_ID}" title ="{articles.CATEGORY}"><img src="{articles.CAT_IMG}" alt="{articles.CATEGORY}" /></a>

and delete it
clear cache
