I have done all by the book and made sql database and user before installation and CHMOD all to 777 and now when I try to point browser to the install.php I get " connection does not work " from 127.0.0.1

Why is that ??

I have installed phpBB3 and torrent and many other scripts with no problems but here I have a problem

If you want to test IcyPhoenix, you can also test the new beta version IcyPhoenix 2.0
http://www.icyphoenix.com/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=8332

But only for testing... there is no support for the beta version at this time
