Hello Everybody..
I have found a bug in Icy Phoenix..
My version is 1.3.0.53, and my problem is when i see the latest message of a subforum in the forum index. IP doesn't cut correctly some topic titles. For example, the " are &quote (normal) but when IP cuts the titles, sometimes the &quote is shown as &qu... See the image below:

While the title is Mi Primer Papercraft "Daft Punk", IP cuts it wrong and it is converted to Mi Primer Papercraft &qu...

It is related to special characters.

I will try to fix it for next release.
