Post subject: ?Can I Migrate The IP DB To PhpBB3?
This is my question, ¿can i intall phpBB3, and update its DB with my icyPhoenix DB backup?.

I guess you will have no problems in upgrading your IP to phpBB 3...
Just replicate the same procedure used for upgrading phpBB 2 to phpBB 3 and let me know if it works.
In any case remember to make a full backup before proceeding.
