Post subject: MySQL Problem In Installsion

When I try to intstall the forum, I get afetr I submit my database & admin information, I get:

Have you specified correct database name/host/password?
Can you connect to your database with MySQL?

Yes, Yes, & Yes. If this helps: I have cPanel. Would me upload a curtin file in my MySQL Admin area be the answer or what?

FIRST STEP

Go to cPanel and create the database [with password and name what you want]

SECOND

install phpbbxs

when did the error appeares after submit or after finish ?

maybe you database name or password contains not english letters?

Well, I was screwing around in my cPanel then into MySQL seeing what in the hell to fix this then I found out that I had to edit my users permisions then re-create it. I thought once you create it, your done. Man, is there anything else incPanel I do not no about? Anyways, looks good. Whe phpBB 3.0 Final comes out, what will it effect on us?
