Which version of phpBB are you using? phpBB3 or Icy Phoenix?

Can you provide a link to your forum? The reason I ask is phpBB3 and phpBB2 with Icy Phoenix use two different styles of coding. The solution for a phpBB3 board is not the same as the solution to a phpBB2 board.
