Hi all,

I am new here and I have been reading all the great posts before deciding to join the house. I want to let you all know that you are doing a great job.

My challenge is this, I have a portal set up at http://www.greatestlasuites.com and I am trying to use Milky Way Theme for it but I just couldn't get to edit the Template files using the SubSilver 2 Guide.

For example, the first line I am supposed to edit, <div id=menubar> does not exist in Milky Way.

Can anybody help me out of this situation PLEASE!

Your suggestions will be highly regarded and I will be proud to display the finished work immediately I am done with it.

Love you

That is caused because it is a adaptation of the mg_themes template system for phpbb3, not a modification a subsilver.

That can confuse you because you need to analise the vars and the HTML code.

You can set HTML comments to identify each file and know which to modify.

Ha! This is more confusing! I'm not a programmer, just know my way around php, as in just modification.

How do I achieve all these you have stated and which files do I need to work with?

I need help from everyone PLEASE!

Thanks MG,

I want to edit, overall_header and overall_footer files so that I can add the portal features.

That is all I want to achieve.

I have seen that link over and over again.

From the instruction on that link, I am supposed to use the instruction for SubSilver2 to integrate the Portal
into Milky Way.

My challenge is that the details I am asked to change are not present in Milky Ways. If you look at the overall_header for Subsilver 2, I am not sure it is coded the same way as Milky Way, so if this is the case, how do I integrate the portal codes into Milky Way.

Am I clear enough for someone to understand me?
