I would say the core was the same as we are guessing here unless you have done some dramatic changes

when you read some page you can see "taken for phpbb3" so yes there is a little of bb3 code
bb3>bb2 is so hard but i think IcyPhoenix is like Categorie Hierarchie; it's an big modifier of code and i don't know if IP seem more at phpbb3 or at bb2.

But when I see the number of mod i know you cannot move to bb3 (You're a god, but you're not Chuck Norris Luca =D)

I think phpBB 2.1 , not fully phpBB 3.0.x that is impossible in my opinion But the work is wonderful, this site is really good coded i think! Go futher!
