Secondly, please make sure you are trying to login with your founder account.

Third, please make sure you have the cookie settings set up correctly in ACP >> Main Settings >> Server.

I don't think my cookie settings are set up correctly. Any link to what the correct settings should be?

But they shouldn't contain http:// or www. and you will need to clean all of Icy Phoenix's caches along with your browser cache when you change it. You would also be better off if you posted a screen-shot of your cookie settings so that we can see exactly what you have done.
