remember that 1.2.20.48 is a beta version. please don´t try to run it live.
better wait for final release. there would be instructions and files for update avaible in download then.

Your servers speed is quite slow, dunno, but I am not able to download the package.
I'm having the same problem. I cannot download anything from the site at all. It stops at around 500k, and hangs. Can you guys provide a mirror for IP?

What are you trying to DL?
Stable version, phpbb3 mods, IP mods.... or are you connecting to the svn server?

Icy Phoenix 1.2.0.27 (The Released Version) from the downloads section. The same thing happens when I try to download the new beta described in this thread.

but the beta is at assembla servers, and you will need a svn client for it!
BTW, it apperas to be related to your local ISP, as IP.com (where the stable is hosted) and assembla.com (where beta is hosted) do not share the hosts

the beta is on svn???? the beta is here http://www.icyphoenix.com/_release/ip_20090222_122047_beta_2.zip
I use the SVN for DL'ing the latest beta, plus the fixies to it.
For the last beta, it is rev 88, and since rev 89 it is a RC (Release Candidate)  . Or at least the commit logs say so.
Also the files....
- UPDATE phpbb_config SET config_value = '1.2.21.48' WHERE config_name = 'ip_version';

WARNING: The RC has not been released yet. It is at pre-beta stage. Not closed alpha, but not released beta
That's why Chaotic says it will be released very soon....
You'll see a Release Candidate very soon.
