Icy Phoenix

I'm having a lot of problems to upgrade my site. I can only find info for upgrading from 1.3 to 2.0, but nothing to do it from 1.2.

I'm so sorry for opening a new topic asking for a search, but I've tried all options I've founded (1.3 patch, 1.3 cumulative patc, directly 2.0) reading instruccions from how to upgrade 1.3 to 2.0, and tryied but nothing works.

Is there any readme like this,

but for 1.2 version?

my current version of icy Phoenix is 1.2.0.27c
I am hosting my site on Bluehost.com
It's a simple server hosting, no vps, no dedicated.
