First of all, :oops: I Give an Apologize for my terribe english, But I Really Need help with this little problem.

My Problem is with Config of the News, It Works Nice, I Mean, if I Put a topic in the news section, appear in the portal, but my question is: How can i put a New, that always appears in the top, above the others, I'll Try it put it as a Global Announcement, but i doesn't Works, jeje.

If someone could help me, I Would Aprecciatte.
