here some language codes for the languages that IcyPhoenix is available:

ar - Arabic
ca - Catala
da - Dutch
de - German
en - English
es - Spanish
hr - Croatian
it - Italian
pt - Portuguese
ro - Romanian

must be in the ACP after you install the mod

i haven't run the mod at the moment. when i right the options for this mod was under configuration

nope

maybe for the next stable but i am not sure because major things in my live had changed
