ok , now as i m not expert we can try to reset (i mean to put default) blocks like in new instaled icyphoenix
but u will gona loose all your blocks made by you... (clock,visitor locations ect...)
and made them again if we repair that (you have database so you can resore in this state if we dont repair)

so what is your answer ?

PS. i have to ask you this : did you maybe instaled or tryed to install CMS ADV 1.0.4b for Icy Phoenix 1.2 ?

my answer now is: ehat can i do for view the borderso of blocks correctly?
i I had installed cms adv when i I had only mg_themes i don't know that it work with lopalong's themes

now i m sure 99% that cms adv is suorce of all your problems with templates..you messed up something with cms..

do this please :
unninstal al templates exept mg_templates (you dont need to delete them from server)
put as default style "Icy Phoenix"
(this is only for be shure that templates are not involted by your bad innstalation of CMS ADV 1.0.4b)

and go in phpmyadmin ( selet your database for this your forum if you have more than one database) and Run SQL query :

open text file , select all copy and paste in SQL query and click go

no delete , just unninstal the Lopalong s templates from ACP . (you will install them again affter )

ok,when i remove the theme from ACP i delete the theme with all files or only themes without delete all files?

you reinstaled IP with uptate to ip ,and owertired all files like novice programmer suggested you ...
affter that you made my suggestion , right ?

first we are on begining here :roll:

you have one mixture of half CMS ADV and half without

(some templates have CMS ADV and some templates dont have it)

first thing .. you must know what you want
-if you want CMS ADV and you want to have all those templates you need edit all templates
-Lopalongs templates are a bit different to edit for adding CMS ADV
-i m not shure if you REINSTALED your forum (i think you didnt because there is still CMS ADV on some templates )
-you can add borders even in this your mixtured icyphoenix but not on Lopalong templates (see in your CMS how i added border to "orrologio" ) but select Morpheus style

now , what are you realy want , i mean you want borders on all templates ?
if you want have CMS ADV and borders ecc... on Lopalongs templates , you will need to ask Lopalong

CMS Adv is a modification that you would need to apply to all template groups installed, the same as you would any other modification.

Icy themes are based on the default MG_Themes templates and are really no different from MG_themes apart from the addition of borders to some styles and of which are only the "Side" borders. They use the same variables and block files that MG_Themes use. So I have no idea of what you suggest as to what could be changed. It's more likely that you have to apply the CMS MOD to Icy Themes templates also.

If there is something in the CMS MOD that prevents you from doing this, then you will have to contact the author of the MOD to make changes to his / her MOD. Else you will have to modify the templates yourself or not use them if they are not compatible with CMS ADV.
