SOLVED - New Users Can't Register - IP - Black Listed

Subject: SOLVED - New Users Can't Register - IP - Black Listed
When a user tries to register (from another IP than mine) come:
"Your IP address is on the list of Spammers. His record attempt has been blocked"
It can't register any user, unless the record myself from my computer.
I turned off the Vigilant IP but the problem is not solved.
My current settings in CrackerTracker / Settings / protection system of registration are:
-- Protection Register: Off
-- Time to lock the register: 30
-- Vigilant IP: Off (although the problem remains if enabled)
Anybody can help me? Thank you!

PD: Excuse my English.

ACP -> Server ->

Make sure this is set to YES.

Quote:
Disable public blacklist IP check upon register
If you disable IP check upon register, then IP's will not be checked against the public blacklist. Disabling this may be useful, because sometimes this check may result in unintentional blocking of regular users who have an IP listed by mistake in the public blacklist.
