I have a problem for the installation!
This is not the first time I've installed this script but it's the first time I've encountered this problem.

At the time of installation, when I add my sql credentials, I have this error:

Quote:

An error has occurred during installation
The PHP configuration on your server doesn't support the database type that you chose

 


My config:
mysql:  Ver 14.14 Distrib 5.7.22, for Linux (x86_64) using  EditLine wrapper
php: PHP 7.2.7-0ubuntu0.18.04.2

I managed to correctly install another script without any problem on the same server!

Actually this is only about the installation script. IP was changed to support mysqli a few months back, but the installation procedure was overlooked. I have fixed this locally already, and have proposed the fix to MG.

The only thing to change is the line you posted, and another line to add.
